Laurent Magnien

With more than 30 years of experience, Laurent Magnien specializes in coaching organizations, teams, and individuals to elevate leadership, managerial culture, negotiation skills, and business performance. His approach blends strategic insight with deep behavioral expertise, helping professionals translate intention into action.

Laurent began his career in Business Development and Management, later becoming General Manager of a subsidiary in the IT Services sector. He then spent nearly three decades with the international Krauthammer Group, where he served on the French Management Committee and contributed significantly to Research & Development in training content, coaching methodologies, and performance evaluation tools.

He has worked with a wide range of clients, including Amadeus, Areva, Econocom, Geodis, Ipsen, Monext, Richel, Solocal, Voyage Privé, and many others across various industries.

Beyond his work with corporate clients, Laurent is also active in academia. He is an Affiliated Professor at EM Lyon for Executive Education, a Lecturer at ITEEM (Centrale Lille & SKEMA Business School), and has taught Master classes at Paris Descartes University on topics such as Innovation Management, Corporate Strategy, Ethics & CSR, and Human Resources Engineering.
