Kyusun Choi is a seasoned change facilitator and leadership development expert with over 20 years of experience across corporate sales, training, and organizational consulting. He has held key roles at global companies such as Medtronic, Adobe, IDEXX, and Elsevier, where he led initiatives focused on cultural transformation, leadership agility, and team collaboration during pivotal periods of change.

As a Certified Professional Facilitator (CPF), accredited by both the International Association of Facilitators (IAF) and the Korean Association of Facilitators (KAF), Kyusun combines structure with sensitivity in his facilitation style. His work draws from psychological insight, systems thinking, and business practicality—enabling him to guide diverse teams through complex, results-driven transformation efforts.
