Elcid Basri

Elcid has over 10 years of training experience with corporations and non-profit organizations throughout Indonesia.

He has served as trainer to local companies such as Lautan Luas Group, Tbk, Kalbe Farma Group, Tbk, BFI Finance Indonesia, Tbk, Pabrik Kertas Tjiwi Kimia, Tbk, Riau Andalan Pulp and Paper, Kino Group, DRTV Group – Innovation Store, Kanzen Motor, Djabesmen, Wavin, Granito, Hutabarat, Halim dan Rekan Law Firm, Nutrijel, Skyway Sandal, Magister Manajemen Universitas Indonesia, Jakarta International School, Matahari Putra Prima, Gunung Sewu Group, etc.

He travels around Indonesia and engages a wide audience through training, speaking in seminars and various special events.

He was a part-time lecturer for a few prominent universities such as Pelita Harapan University and Bunda Mulia University, on subjects of Entrepreneurship, Leadership, and Human Resource Management.

He graduated from Haggai Institute Singapore in Leadership, in 2006. Since 2009, he has been a participant and a leader in the Eagles Emerging Leaders Development Program in several South East Asian countries.
