Since 2006, Adalberto has been helping people and organizations to increase performance in Leadership & Complex Sales via Consulting, Training and Coaching.

Before that, he had been in the IT Industry for more than 20 years leading teams, selling and implementing projects for major multinational clients. During that time, he learned that attitudes and behaviors contribute more to the projects’ success than cutting-edge information technology per se.

Adalberto believes that high performance and use of IT are strongly connected, but the factor that ultimately determines the success or failure of projects are people. That's why his focus turned from software/hardware to people/teams technology.
